REGULATING ACT OF 1773

1.It designed the governor of bengal as the Governor-General of beal and created an Executive council of four members to assist him.The first such Governor General was Lord Warren Hastings.

2.It made  the governors of bombay and Madras presidencies subordinate to the governor general o bengal.

3. Establishment of Supreme court at calcutta (1774)

4.It prohibited the servants from engaging in any private trade or accepting presents or bribe.

Masala Bonds’ are Indian rupee denominated bonds issued in offshore capital markets which issued to offshore investors settled in dollars and, therefore, the currency risk resides with investors. It is used to refer to rupee-denominated borrowings by Indian entities in overseas markets.
